DRADER INJECTIWELD, Wysoka jakość systemu zgrzewania tworzyw sztucznych

Często zwykłe dodanie stopionego pręta spawalniczego jest mylone ze spawaniem, ale prawdziwe, wysokiej jakości spawanie wymaga współtopienia pręta i spawanego materiału.

Drader Injectiweld wykorzystuje kombinację gorącej końcówki i wtrysku pręta zgrzewającego w celu uzyskania wysokiej jakości zgrzewów. Wymienna gorąca końcówka topi powierzchnię tworzywa sztucznego tworząc strefę zgrzewania, do której wtryskiwane jest roztopione tworzywo sztuczne. Pręt i zgrzewane tworzywo sztuczne fizycznie mieszają się i stają się jednym materiałem. Ponieważ otwór w końcówce zgrzewającej jest zanurzony, przygotowanie powierzchni nie jest konieczne, a podczas procesu zgrzewania nie dochodzi do utleniania. Efektem jest wysokiej jakości zgrzew, wykonany bez użycia gorącego powietrza lub gazu.

Pręt spawalniczy do urządzenia Drader może być produkowany bezpośrednio z tego samego proszku do formowania rotacyjnego, który jest używany do produkcji części, co pozwala na idealne dopasowanie koloru.

Drader jest łatwy w użyciu. Można go trzymać jedną ręką, pozostawiając drugą dłoń wolną do manipulowania spawanymi elementami. Oznacza to, że praca operatora jest szybsza i łatwiejsza.
